Pastor Randy graduated from Forest Park High School in 1980 and has lived in the Atlanta area most of his life. He served the Clayton County Police Department for two years. He also worked for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority for fifteen years.

Pastor Randy left MARTA to begin full time ministry. He began his ministry by serving as Youth Pastor at a local church in the Forest Park area.   Pastor Randy invested his time in the youth and the community. By empowering and encouraging the gifts and talents in others he was able to minister not only within the church, but also in apartment complexes, parks, nursing homes, drug rehabilitation facilities, shopping center parking lots, youth detention centers, youth camps, jails, and mission fields.

In 2002 Pastor Randy felt the call to plant a church in the Atlanta area. On April 20, 2003, One Heart Community Church held it’s first service in Stockbridge, Georgia with Pastor Randy and sixteen others. Under his leadership the church purchased church facilities at 40 Mays Road in Stockbridge.    The church has experienced steady growth allowing them to purchase land on McGarity Road in McDonough where their second campus will eventually be constructed.

Pastor Randy received his BA degree in Biblical Education from Beulah Heights Bible College and his Masters of Divinity from Liberty University.

Pastor Randy is married to Donna Davis and they have two wonderful sons, Steve and Beau.

Pastor Chris graduated from Girard High School in Ohio. In 1982 she moved to the Atlanta area and entered the corporate world of KinderCare Learning Center. She has been employed by Kindercare for 28 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge in the area of leadership and administration.

She has attended Beulah Heights Bible College and in the future desires to obtain her BA degree in Biblical Leadership.

Pastor Chris has many years of ministry experience. She has served in the positions of Sunday School teacher, Children’s Church co-ordinator, Children’s Ministry co-ordinator and Associate Youth Pastor. Pastor Chris feels her role as the Associate Pastor at One Heart has been the most satisfying position she has ever held in ministry. Chris received her minister’s license in 2003 and has taught in various church conferences and leadership seminars.

Chris feels fortunate to have been reared in a loving, nurturing family. She recalls how Christian values were very important in her family. Her father was a man of integrity and he taught Chris and her siblings how important honesty, loyalty and hard work are. Chris’ mother had a gentle spirit that taught her and her siblings kindness, compassion and understanding. Chris believes that it is important for her to instill these same qualities in her children, grandchildren and those to whom she ministers.
